Direct your mind
to where you used to live,
among the devas of the Thirty-three,
empowered
	with all sensual pleasures.
Honored, surrounded
	by deva maidens,
you
	will shine.

[Ven. Anuruddha:]

They've gone astray,
deva maidens
established in self-identity.
And they've gone astray,
those beings with deva maidens
	as their aim.

[Jalini:]

They don't know bliss
who haven't seen Nandana,
abode of the eminent devas,
	glorious,
of the Thirty-three.

[Ven. Anuruddha:]

You fool, don't you know
the arahants' maxim? — 
'How inconstant are compounded things!
Their nature: 	to arise & pass away.
They disband 	as they are arising.
Their total stilling is bliss.'

Jalini, there is now
in deva company
no further abode
[for me].
With the utter ending
of wandering on in birth,
there is now
no further becoming.

H�y hướng t�m tư �ng, 
V�o đời trước của �ng, 
Giữa Tam thập tam thi�n, 
Mọi �i dục th�nh tựu, 
V� �ng được ch�i s�ng, 
Giữa Thi�n nữ đoanh v�y.

[Ven. Anuruddha:]

Bất hạnh thay Thi�n nữ,
Họ ki�n tr� th�n kiến, 
Cũng bất hạnh, họ sanh, 
Bị Thi�n nữ chinh phục. 

[Jalini:]

Họ chưa biết hạnh ph�c,
Chưa thấy Dandana, 
Tr� xứ c�c Thiền nhơn, 
Danh xưng giới Tam thập.

[Ven. Anuruddha:]

Kẻ ngu, B� kh�ng biết,
Lời n�i bậc La-h�n, 
Mọi h�nh l� v� thường, 
Phải chịu luật sanh diệt, 
Ch�ng sanh rồi ch�ng diệt, 
Nhiếp ch�ng l� an lạc. 

Hiện nay đối với ta, 
Kh�ng c�n chỗ tr� xứ, 
Tr�n cảnh giới chư Thi�n, 
�i n�y J�lin�! 
Đường sanh tử đứt đoạn,
Nay t�i sanh kh�ng c�n.
